Middletown High School coach Mark DelPercio reported, "Our annual Blue-Gold week at Middletown High School was a great success. We use this week to help raise awareness and funds for those students with Intellectual disABILITIES."

MHS had several activities highlighting this week.

Tuesday, April 28 - Blue-Gold Awareness Assembly

Wednesday, April 29 - Blue-Gold Dodgeball Game, 6 PM at Middletown High School. All students can sign up for this single elimination tournament. Teams of 5 cost $20. Open to the public - admission $5. 16 teams competed in this single elimination tournament.

Thursday, April 30 - Our Blue-Gold participants assisted our local Challenger League at Silver Lake Park at 6 PM (MHS Football will be assisting on June 9th with the Challenger League)

Friday, May 1- The highly anticipated Powder Puff game will be held Friday, May 1st, 7 PM at Billings Stadium. This game had the Junior girls against Senior girls in a game of 1-hand rough touch football. Football players served as coaches and the football coaches serve as officials. This event was open to the public - admission $5.
